Finally watched Logan and all i can say damn this is good.
It's called the best X-men and best Wolverine movie for nothing ;)
Lars from Tekken 7 looks like a human version of War Greymon to me.
Bit of a stretch, isn't it? They neither have the same color scheme or corresponding details, except maybe for the fact both have armor.
its more the outfit he wore that reminded me of War Greymon. its a stretch but i'll stick with it.
Finished rewatching Iron fist. Not as bad as everyone says but not as good as the others. Can't wait for the defenders tho.
@Skagewid Not even son, Luke Cage is leagues ahead of Iron fist
I actually enjoyed Luke Cage, didn't mind Iron Fist but did think it was the weakest so far.
@tehrugger I didn't like Luke Cage. Miss something in that show.
Finally finished Jessica Jones. It's pretty awesome and I'm really curious about s2.
I really liked it too and looking forward to Season 2, David Tennant was great as Kilgrave.
Killgrave is an awesome villain. A completely evil piece of crap whose interesting to watch.
Seemed a little too 'panto' to me. Good on David Tennant for shaking his Doctor Who typecasting and breaking Hollywood, though.
Started rewatching Jessica jones
Rewatching DD s1 before Iron Fist. A lil slow at first but it hits a groove pretty fast.
I never understood the appeal of Agent Coulson. Can anyone explain why people like him?
He seems like a pretty likeable and decent guy, I guy. Although, I think he did behave like a bit of a tool in Thor. I only really know of Coulson from the films, so from what little I've seen of him there's nothing super remarkable that stands out about him. Maybe he's at his best in Agents of Shield, but that show didn't really click with me.
The first season of Netflix's Voltron was really good. I haven't seen Season 2 but if it was written like S1 I'm sure its good.
Cool. Glad you liked it.
http://www.cbr.com/video-games-adaptations-netflix-needs-to-make/ DMC made the list ;)
Hmm, it might take a lot of work and they would probably have to tone down the "stylish action" but I could see a live action adaptation happening.
@Shadow @Izzy A live action movie might be better than a show because I'm not sure the story of DMC could work without the spectacle the games provided. The anime is what the show would be like and it's pretty dull.
@tehrugger I'm just glad they put DMC on the list.
Im curious about how NT would tackle Ninja Gaiden.
@Blackquill @DragonMaster2010 @WolfOD64 you guys think they should reboot DOA and make it a bigger part of NG or just cut it out completely.
Probably best to keep it separate me thinks.
I rather NG and DOA are kept seprately story wise. Both do things very differently.
I saw Hidden Figures earlier. It was great, scary, hopeful and warm. It also reminded me how much i hated algebra.
how was it scary?
I think it was cause of the depiction of racism for me.
who cares about Trump the chump when we have VOLTRON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Man THAT'S a name I haven't heard in a long time.
Voltron s2 is on Netflix... you should watch it.
Hey you said that you uploaded the chapters for DOA4: The Devil Factor onto Fanfiction right? You ever know what happened to the original writer?
Nope. Im guessing life just moved on for him. Try sending him a PM.
I saw A series of Unfortunate events last night. Thought it was fun
I didn't get to see it. I guess it was unfortunate for me.
I managed to finish episode one. Going back in later tonight. It's great thus far! Netflix original LoD, you can watch it now if you want.
Since Bleach ended, maybe Capcom can get Kubo to write a DMC game? :)
I kind of imagine it being similar to Kubo's first work - Zombie Powder.
@Blackquill them adapting zombie powder works too.
I'd be open to it...to a point.
A sign of three is my favorite Sherlock episode.
It was pretty good. But my favourite will always be A Study in Scarlet. :)
As much as people complain about the DMC fandom.... we are not alone
@DreadnoughtDT It's more some fans think the DMC fanbase can be unbearable and whiny etc and that's true but its true of every fanbase.
@DreadnoughtDT basically for what every fandom has gone through. The DMC fandom was a lil more quiet, but then DMC4 came with the new protagonist and then the reboot came in and that's when things got crazy.
....meaning we've reached galactic rep and the aliens are complaining about us, too? o_O I am not surprised.
Finished rewatching Civil War on Netflix. I feel the same as last time. Every character gets a moment to shine.
>No Civil War on Dutch Netflix
Hello darkness my old friend...
Lady Arkham is an awesome villian.
The way they presented her secret identity was flawlessly creative.
