Dude i dnt know how often u see pregnant people but as far as i know sparda dissapeared around 2000 years be4 dante and vergils birth it takes 9 month approx fer a baby to be born even if they are demon children it cant take 1999 years more eva would be dead :| itd be abit weird also...
