It seems you can simply record gameplay on PS4 and transfer it to your PC via USB (I wouldn't really know as I don't have a next gen console) as for getting the file to me, there are a lot of ways, like wetransfer or dropbox. But that's not really important right now, I'd like to do this step by step XD
