any chance that sparda will show in dmc ?

Hopefully. He's in the story, that's confirmed.
But how will he show?
Hopefully as a playable character in the Prologue.
And since I'm sure he'll be disguising as a human until his death, I can't get the idea out of my head that he's a college professor for some reason.

Sparda will probably only be part of the backstory like the original. It would be a major risk for Ninja Theory to mess with the legend of Sparda. If they remove the mystery surrounding him and what they show is not equal to the legend it will have a very negative effect on the story. DmC is not the right game to do something like that. If Capcom answers the questions about the original Sparda then it will be safe for Ninja Theory to show their Sparda. If Ninja Theory knows what they are doing (and it seems like they do) they will say even less about their Sparda than Capcom has said about the original, but there is still a signifigant chance that NT will risk it and a small chance that it will work out.
I always thought of him clark kenting it, just being mild-mannered as a human.
He's lived 2000+ years, he dont need to prove himself.

I think it would be cool if you started the game playing as sparda, like the way the force unleashed started with darth vader.
It wouldn't be the same. We already know every signifigant detail of Vader's life. We know nothing about Sparda or DmC. Starting as Sparda would be confusing more than anything.
Well by nature DmC is not the same as the old series so I'm not against them revealing more of Sparda or Eva or Trish or any other character we know nothing off.
If they think its a good idea than i say let the chips fall where they may.

How would you not want to play as Sparda? And whats so confusing about killing demons?

Dunno if i would like Andy Serkis to play Sparda but it would be nice if he was involved with DmC in some way. I just hope there aren't stupid flash backs with his doing ordinary things.

i'm guessing he is as he seems to be a staple for NT.
Lets hope richard rider is there as well.
I hope we don't get to play as Sparda. I hope they keep him as mysterious and awesome as they did in DMC. Just because, if that dude whatshisface from Bayonetta is supposedly influenced by the character Sparda, I'd be very VERY narked off. He ain't cool man!
