Am wondering...disabled people, on the whole, don't get to have male and female toilets. Thss has been going on forever and yet when someone dares suggest the idea of mixed sex bathrooms or gender neutral toilets or whatever the correct phrasing is, the world goes mental.

Now then, as a Christian, sure I'm going to have a view on certain things that will be unpopular with society. But my gosh, a toilet is a toilet - if I gotta go, I gotta go and I sure as heck ain't bothered which bathroom I use and which sign is on the door. Some things just aren't worth getting worked up about. Besides, the whole "there be predators pretending to be trans" argument is so wafer-thin that I cannot believe it's even been made at all. And I'm pretty conservative and intolerant, as far as perceptions go.

My main musing has been...why has no one gotten all terrified about men and women sharing disabled toilet access? Pretty sure if you're going to be that way inclined and prey on children or vulnerable drunken people, you're going to do it regardless of whether you have a disability or not.

It's like a really weird form of discrimination...

Tl;dr I'll pee wherever the queue is shortest. The only thing I'd want gone in a shared bathroom is urinals because it's just gross.

Oh agreed. But my point was how is this a bigger offence compared to an animal being mistreated? I read that some guy was given 10 weeks in jail for putting a dog in a bin and this person could get up to 20 years!
The reason is that if someone didn't notice the product was contaminated then consumed it, they could get all manner of health problems, up to and including death.

This was basically how the Tylenol murders came about. Now, I believe the culprit will likely get a minor charge or even a suspended sentence because no one was ultimately hurt in this instance. But the maximum penalty of 20 years is there for a reason, had it been a bigger issue.

I guess because it's kind of a form of assault. Like spitting at someone or deliberately giving them a disease. But yeah, animals don't get anything like decent justice in the world.

The command for "New Layer" in Photoshop is Ctrl+Shift+N.
But to open the current file in ImageReady as an animated GIF, it's Ctrl+Shift+M.

Once in a while, I will accidentally make a typo to the shortcut, due to how "N" & "M" are so close on the keyboard.
From simply opening a layer, I may accidentally waste time trying to open a large file as an "animation" instead.

Really weird how Jeffree Star falsely accused a 19-year-old of being a predator purely out of spite, and yet everybody just ignores this and he continues to be popular on the internet.

Stop ****ing avoiding using words like "dead" ("passed away") or "getting old" ("becoming senior"), etc.

They're not offensive, they're neutral terms. Snowflakes don't need to be accommodated nor allowed to control language.

No easy cash grabs, eh? Then what about MGS5: Ground Zero? Yeah, this guy and the rest of the Kojima ass kissers might have... uhm... forgotten, but I haven't. Get outta here with your populism.

He's talking about the predatory microtransactions from EA, Activision, Epic Games, and now Rockstar. He's talking about those lootboxes. Not something like Ground Zero.

Ground Zero was a genius way to tide ourselves till the real MGSV (TPP). I don't know why you got mad 'bout that.

More like a genius way to exploit MGS fanboys to try and cash up in addition to the money they were already bound to make with TPP. It was a shameless, blatant cash grab for a product that was so short, it could very well have been part of TPP itself, if we're really to buy that **** poor "it's just a prologue" excuse.

It's as if CDPR decided to strip the "prologue" at White Orchard from TW3 off the main game and sell it separately for 20/30/40 bucks. Ground Zeroes was nothing but pure greed to bank on a famous franchise, I will not buy ANY excuse, and I bet you, I guarantee you, if it hadn't been MGS, with Kojima's name associated with it, there would have been NO ONE defending that piece of crap practice. Ground Zeroes, Kojima and Konami deserved all the flank they got for it, and the lengths people can go to defend greedy business when their favorite franchise is involved, even at the cost (pun intended) of allowing companies to stick their fat, horny penises into their wallets never cease to baffle me.

Commendable that he won't put microtransactions in Death Stranding, but God does it irk me when he gets that morally superior tone when he still has Ground Zeroes' black stain on his "greed curriculum".

Agreed. When this happened, I thought either Kojima get greedy, Konami, or both. Kojima can really get up his own ass. I wish he would own up to his bullshit. He, and others Konami did not deserve such abuse, but Kojima himself is not exactly squeaky clean.

Good news: The Ninja Warriors Remake comes to the West. The bad news: I have to wait an entire month to get it while Japan already has it now. There is no reason in today's age for release windows to be this far apart. It's not a large game, and does not take that long to translate either.

I'm sorry you felt that way. But it took a long time for Kojima to complete games. Before MGSV, it was a 7 year wait before MGS4 was released. MGS2 to MGS4 was 7 years. MGS3 was more of a prequel, and used similar engine to MGS2. It took 5 years between MGS3 and MGS4. It's a typical length, but between MGS4 and 5 - barring Ground Zeroes - it was 7 years, too.

Games in between were developed by different teams.

When MGS5 was revealed, we were already saying "Just show off the game already!" Ground Zeroes was it. It was intended to be a tech demo, much like the original MGS2 being included with Zone of the Enders.

The teasing screenshots stuff didn't work in 2013, and it still doesn't work today. That's why Death Stranding's marketing strategy was better.

I know all the myriad reasons why cats bring in mice.

I don't mind it, per se, so long as I can grab it before it gets loose.

But when Skittles brings them in alive and immediately gets bored, we have a problem.

More specifically, a "mouse has died somewhere and we can't find it and now there are flies" problem.

So today will consist of moving ALL the furniture, cleaning like I have OCD and swatting flies as and when.

Mind you, the decomposing mouse I found the other day, AFTER cleaning the area it was in twice and missing it, does not fill me with much hope.

Any director or screenwriter who has interest in writing for a Superman says "we'd make it close to Christopher Reeve's version," should never be able to touch anything Superman related ever again.

We can make so many adaptations and versions of Batman and Spiderman, yet any divulging factors from ONE Superman movie, and suddenly he's 'NoT mY sUPeRmAN'

I highly doubt it's going to happen, but if it does, you can't count me out. I am not going through another Superman Returns.

My alternator went out on Friday in the goddamn heat! It's already fixed, but it costed me, my brother, and my mom some cash. Sucked, but I am grateful and blessed from some help of the paramedics who put out flares, a cop, and a towtruck driver who helped push my car in to the Firestone conveniently where my car stopped.
