The sheet reveals that this rebooted iteration of Dante is a careless, tormented individual whom has witnessed nothing but abuse and persecution throughout his whole life. Shame, really, as he seems like a nice enough chap for the most part. His ethereal Rebellion sword, given to him by his father, Sparda, is the youngster’s first line of protection against the demons which hound him so. How Dante has come into the possession of the Ebony & Ivory handguns remains a mystery, but it is explained that their design came about partly due to the development team’s decision to give them the appearance of tools that have “sent innumerable demons to their doom.” Smashing.

Whilst other publishers might be content with firing off the occasional bar chart to help add some colour to their drab emailings, Capcom have gone a step further and really tarted up their latest press sheet which further details some of the features of their upcoming demon slayer, DmC.
