Not yet bro but thanks for the heads up. Are you a big Six fan?

Thats interesting. Most people tend to dislike him. The actor is a swell chap tho. I'm not that knowledgeable about Classic Who but He was great in Classic Doctors, new monsters.
Man, the marketing for Star Wars is a right ol' mess. First it was Johnson writing a trilogy, then it's D&D from Game of Thrones doing it instead. Now it's Kevin Feige at the wheel? I just don't know what's going on anymore... :(

Fiege is a producer so its gonna be his job to sort that out. Both Johnson and D&D are writers/directors so they might pitch seperate projects or work on one together. This is dependant on what their plans are post episode 9.

@DarkSlayerVergil Funny thing is V being Vergil reminds me of TGS10 Dante. They totally could have made it work :/.

Y'know, I was playing me some Yugioh and it got me thinking. The whole V/Urizen thing would've worked better IMO if instead Vergil had split himself into Good and Evil. Thereby V overcoming his evil half would be more thematic in facilitating a redemption arc for Vergil. :/

I saw concept art for Vergil on Tumblr where he was a summoner. So maybe you would have played as Vergil more directly?

The 3rd story "The creeping death" is my favorite. It actually got me interested in history- I googled the 1952 smog incident the story centers on.
Yo bro, You should check the Witchfinder comics. It's a Hellboy prequel, centering on Sir Edward Grey. He's a magical investigator in the 19th century. It felt like something you'd be interested in.
Just watched the first episode of "Demon Slayer" a brand new anime from this season, and all I could think of was "get Dante in here!" XD

Anime titles are getting more generic now. It used to be Armored Gundam 02: Blood X Warrior Blockade Solid Mechaman.

Now it's Goblin Slayer, Demon Slayer, Last Period.

To be fair, it's full title is "Kimetsu no Yaiba: Demon Slayer" but I was being lazy. :p

So, Blade of Demon Destruction: Demon Slayer.

    Yeah, I retract my statement.
That trailer for Joaquin Phoenix's Joker movie is giving me so many mixed feelings. It looks more like a French Art Movie. :/

I kinda like it but I'm not that interested in it yet.

It looks great but I honestly don't care about the Joker. He just feels very overrated to me.

I too do not really care for the Joker, but I really think it's going to be Joaquin Phoenix's interpretation of the character that's gonna really sell the movie to me.
There's something else I noticed: While V was curious to see what holding the Sparda sword was like (and drove it into the ground in a fit of anger next to Dante's head) he ultimately ignored the arguably more powerful devil sword dante because the Yamato had somehow gained strength due to it being passed from Nero to Dante then back to Vergil.

(I could be wrong this though.)

Another theory I have in mind is: stealing the entire o-katana back while still inside Nero's DB arm probably gave it some additional power. The final power boost happened when V fused back with Urizen, making it on par with DSD.

For some reason, Vergil needed to discard his cane because it was an incompatible "human/sorcerer" class weapon that he couldn't even touch while being in possession of the Yamato -- and also because he was a demon again. If Eva was truly a witch, then it might've even been her weapon (or at least one that was used in the war against the demons). Keep in mind that all of this is ultimately conjecture.

The fact that V says "Do not underestimate this demon for he was the one who took your arm and gained a great deal of power from it" confirms in my mind that consuming the DB made Urizen and/or Yamato stronger. That plus consuming the Qliphoth may have further enhanced Yamato like how Dante absorbing Sparda sword reforged the Rebellion into DSD. Who knows...
