Im afraid none of us know, Capcom havent revealed that information to the public yet, but the closer we get to the game, expect some updates.

If memory serves, I came across something on SoS. Nero will not have a Devil Trigger as we know it, since he is full human. Still, I haven't checked DMC4 info in a while, so I may be incorrect.
