You've good taste then, my man. Personally for me, as good as a lot of people say Connery was, I just find him and that style to be a bit too dated for me. I thought that Brosnan did a good job modernising the franchise, making it look cool, and he had a good look for Bond; smartly dressed, stylish, dark haired, a good flirt with the ladies. He played it off well.
I've obviously played Goldeneye (who hasn't?) but I can't remember if I ever played Nightfire. This all started when my fiancée bought me 007: Quantum of Solace. I checked out the gameplay on YouTube, and then it reminded me of Everything or Nothing. I do remember playing Agent Under Fire. I thought that was okay.
Brosnan and Moore were my favorite Bonds because they just looked and sounded the part so well...and well, I love Brosnan's mastery of cheesy puns. But if you want an excellent Bond game, there's also Bloodstone, which plays like a fusion of Everything Or Nothing and Splinter Cell. There's also 007 Legends, but I've heard mixed things about that one.
Yeah that's definitely true. I also read that Pierce Brosnan didn't think he did a good job as Bond. I couldn't personally get into Daniel Craig. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't say he's terrible, but he just doesn't live up to the other Bonds. I've actually started wanting them to have a black James Bond now, but I doubt they will.
I did watch a bit of gameplay of Bloodstone. I thought it looked better than Quantum's gameplay. And if it's a mix of those games like you say it is then I'm sure I'll enjoy it. I'm actually planning on getting all the games again and replaying them.
