I've been hearing a lot of mixed-to-negative comments about it.

Like I told DM, I personally thought it was very enjoyable.

I already found the Killing Joke to be a ham-fisted and pretentious exercise in vapid writing (much like the rest of Alan Moore's work), but that entire unnecessary and Tumblr-esque prologue with Batgirl...I've literally seen better-written slash-fics.

Ok. Fine. It's bad writing/film-making/slashfiction.

But I still liked it. Especially the bow-chika-wow-wow.

Not to mention, this is coming from someone who hates third-wave feminism tumblr antics (just check my latest hoe-buster post to see why) with a passion; so, this isn't left-leaning bias we're talking about here.

Not going to lie, the out-of-nowhere "rooftop antics" made me and my friends destroy our lungs with laughter. You can't make something that abrupt and uncalled for to the point of weeping hilarity by accident.

I haven't seen it yet, but I heard of the relationship between Bruce and Barbara. That's just weird to me. For one, it was never in the original graphic novel. Also, I just never could see them together. Dick x Barbara is my Bat-OTP.

I wanna talk about it more, but I seem to be in the (vast) minority here, so I'll just walk away.

I thought about it, but it's a rather mature topic...
