Tokyo is a silly idea. If you're going to do Tokyo, leave it to Sleeping Dogs. GTA (with the exception of London) has always been set in America. Regardless, 4 was Liberty, 5 was San Andreas, therefore 6 should be Vice City.

I'd prefer if Sleeping Dogs stays in China rather than move to Japan. I don't see the need nor the point for it to be set in Japan, Sleeping Dogs stands for China like GTA stands for America.

Well actually Sleeping Dogs is technically meant to be the third installment in the True Crime series, and the True Crime games were set in America; True Crime: Streets of LA, and True Crime: New York City.
