Better get used to it, big grin is how in anime they usually show full confidence in one's abilities, often mixed with bloodthirst and borderline insanity. I've pretty much described 90% of Hellsing characters.

I get it but this is the only anime I've seen where grinning is almost constant. In certain moments doesn't feel fitting, like when, I dunno, Alucard is angry at "police girl". Looks so out of place. There's too much of it imo. In battle, ok, but almost all the rest of the time?
