Yeah actually, I beat it a couple weeks ago. I was expecting more from Gwyn, but then, there isn't much to expect from a Lord of Ashes.

Did you get to join the dragon covenant then?

I did indeed. Also, I'm having a lot of trouble adjusting to Dark Souls 2. I kind of dislike how most shields are fairly useless now... I understand that sequels should be different, but it feels like the game was designed specifically to take people who were good at Dark Souls 1 out of their comfort zone.

How far are you? You can get the Drangelic shield right after defeating the Pursuer (second boss). I'm right at the end of the game and I still use it.

And yeah, I'm not a fan of a lot of the changes they made. I got used to it though. I have a feeling if I ever go back to DS1 it's going to ruin DS2 for me though.

I agree... It's definitely gonna ruin it for me if I go back.

Yeah... My brother bought it, I didn't have a say in the matter.

And yeah, No-Man's Wharf is pretty fun. I just beat the Flexile Sentry so I think I'm going to the Lost Bastille now.
