yeah (insert complex fancy science words here) the issue is really just humans have the technology.
Right now, the Philippines is at danger against China (they're such bullies) over a coastal island according to the news I recently saw. My cuz was discussing this when my family and I were having dinner over at his place and that if we do wage war against them, then the Philippines is technically screwed!
