I hate it and don't want to support it. ^^
If it's bothering you, I can tell you that the very same thing is bothering me. Many games I've played I've felt bad at since I'm trashed in them so easily. But the thing is, I play many and I'm above average in all of the ones I like (I like alot). So while I'm not strong in one game I'm above average in many games, there I know I'm good.
Don't you feel the same?
I'd like to be master at my own specific thing. But there's a problem with it, it makes you feel so restricted. And I've got a tendency to get bored of things REALLY fast.
Hence why I play dozens of games, at least 4 or 5 games are always the ones I'm "currently playing" so to say. I love variety and if I have to sacrifice being the best in one game for it I'll do it without hesitation.
Not short attention span. Short span of interest. I can still pay attention, but I just don't find it appealing to further play.
Hence why I always look for huge games when I buy games. They keep me interested longer.
You are good at the Metroid series, dotHack. Uhh... I actually don't remember all your faves from the past anymore. Zone of the Enders?
I heard they don't even change the enemy arrangements, they just make the enemies crazy powerful and make you crazy weak. And there's a HARDER mode in the Final Mix version called Critical Mode which starts you with an "EXP Zero" ability just in case you want to do a level 1 run. >_>
That sounds like fun for those who like those challenges. I drop them for the same reason I drop any game, it takes too much time and I hate repetetive gameplay.
Hey, I just figured something you were good at. Not games, but you are good at having people liking you. I mean, my ex liked you more than she liked me, and my sister as well.
That's something good at least, right?
Well, I try to be friends with everyone. I don't have it in me to truly dislike a person. I might dislike their qualities sometimes, but usually it's better to condemn the offense, not the offender.
True dat. So you really have no reason to feel bad, because you can't be the best at everything.
Well, you didn't get me liking you that much though. XD
Nah, thinking back I was such an attention whore because I was so alone at the time. xP
But it all solved out, I got myself banned from the forum, I got together with Drakkar, and it's really only been good between us ever since. Or well, I got together with her before I was banned, but still. ^^
There's room for improvement and I'm sure you can overcome all of that.
I too have problem with laziness, but it's the hardest one to overcome for me, if you find it troubling, try to become better in other areas first. xP
