I don't think so. Many people already have the game. I can't know for sure since, for lack of money, I won't get the game so...
But I think all the guys who got the game here so far, somehow got it earlier than its release date through preordering.

Well the release date did say on the 3rd of April, but suppliers got it early and Capcom told them to sell them right away, but then I read it was released on the 4th of March which made me think WTF?...
