Don't bother searching on youtube. What you need to do is destroy an orb, then go into Hypermode and shoot it till it breaks. Rinse and repeat for the other three.

Just ask me if you have any problems. Don't bother with youtube.

i know the last 2 get absorbed but rundas gets impaled then absorbed is it because rundas and samus were coming freinds?

Dark Samus was indeed born from Phazon. The final boss of 1 absorbs Samus' Phazon Suit, exploding in the process. From the remains come Dark Samus.
