Hi! the staff have a number of tools to help us figure out when someone is returning during a ban. It's very rare the tools lie, as it were...if for some reason a person slips through anyway, they usually get found out at some point.

Well if he does come back again and we don't realise, it kind of screws him over because he has to be on his best behaviour or risk getting banned yet again. So he can't argue or be mean or insulting - we get a model member and he can't say anything out of line for fear of being caught out. Works out in our favour, really
