The Newborn had human DNA and Ripley's clone had Xeno DNA, so the Newborn thought Ripley was it's mother. That's why it murdalated the Queen.

Reminds me of a battle I fought. It was nearly even between Preds, Xenos, and Humans. I was on the Xeno side. With a partner, I systematically wiped out all the search parties they sent out.

Don't discredit the humans, they're still fun to play as if you know what you're doing.
