got back from football workouts just now. Football season ends then we work out until the summer then we do summer football camps and football workouts then it ends and so on and so forth.
I guess it's a good thing I avoided football with every fiber of my being, then. lol Too much workouts taking up the time I could use to do other things.
Nah. I'm in college now. And the best thing I do now is walk. Minimum of 4 miles per hour, almost completely non-stop for hours on end. 4MPH is just leisure walkin for me.
I have fairly strong legs I work on my legs and also my arms then afterwards a nice hard ab workout that leves your stomach in a suicidal mood.

My stomach don't bitch. lol I'm skinny and proud. And by skinny, I mean I'm underweight. I'm only 130lbs. Without trying. It makes me happy. Hence why I can walk for so long without a problem.
