    i want to keep all the setting to the maximum and if i set fps to 60 max it runs too slow.

    when i play there is moments where the game runs too fast . it happenned since i reinstalled windows because befor it was working normaly . i have 8800 ultra and a q6600 2,4 Giga , and i play with a resolution 1920x1080 please can anyone give me an advice?
