Okay so I am in no way shape or form trying to start anything. I just want to ask people which are they personally looking forward to more, the DMC4 Special Edition or the DmC Definitive Edition? Please no flames

You may or may not be TRYING to start anything, but this is a proven volatile topic on the forum, just going to set back and see how this plays out, but for the record we don't have much on DMC4 SE at the moment for me to accurately decide which I'm looking forward to the most, but as of right now I'm simply looking forward to both.

I'm hoping by saying I don't want to start something, it'll serve as a deterrent. Maybe I'm being a little too optimistic. But I'm hoping people will just vote and move on, without starting a hassle....could work

Both theyr both epic imo. Dmc4se is a make or break for me depending what they do with vergil

I must admit of feeling the same, I couldn't contain my inner fanboy (using inner very loosely) when I saw and heard Vergil. My friends got really annoyed with me that day

Anyway, to answer the question at first I was really only looking forward to DMC4 SE but I'm actually rather eager to see how DmC plays now. There is no curing the story, and the applies to the two games, but the gameplay might still have plenty to offer.

Considering how yamato is used by Dante in DMC4 compared to DMC3, I'm not too confident in how Vergil will use it. Dante looked ugly using Yamato to me so if they really DO copy paste the Dark Slayer style onto Vergil then the result might be the same.

i still play DMC4 regularly on pc so i look forward to DMC4SE way more but il get DmC DE too for gmd mode and turbo mode to try it out as i never got around to getting DmC for pc

Considering the fact that I didn't waste any money on DmC, so DmC: DE is totally out of the question. The only option I have is to get DMC4: SE, if that comes to PC, otherwise no Devil May Cry for me for the time being.

Im hoping there is a bundle for both at gamestop eventually but right im not sure which i would get.
Im skeptical of how much DMC4 could offer given Capcom's track record and DmC doesnt have much new story content to entice me with so Im gona wait and see.
I could always just skip both and wait till something else gets announced (DMC5 or DmC2) to make up my mind.
