Most likely I will review it. I might post the review by next week if I can get the game by tomorrow.

I can attest that these reviews are pretty much accurate. The game is much improved over it's predecessor, but some of the parkour and such feels... Clunky. And the changed controls are hard to get used to.

I wonder why they changed the controls since it was so hard to master on the first one, now everything feels awkward. But after playing from midnight until 5 in the morning, its becoming more and more familiar. The way you can pounce and grab people from anywhere is really fun and being able to consume while jumping is a great way to spam health. The parkour is rather clunky. In the first game i found myself running down the streets all the time, with plenty of cars and things to leap over, i don't even think i've ran 3 miles straight in this game or even seen a traffic jam that were as big as in the first game.
Overall, besides the forgettable story, i think its very impressive. The graphics when very close and in combat mostly, look amazing, but still there are plenty of out dated textures. Even Heller looks a little on the ps2 side sometimes. the combat is awesome and while the side missions can be repetitive sometimes, i'm always looking forward for my rewards and extra abilities when ever i get done and you get rewarded pretty well too. Sometimes its just little changes that greatly affect your overall responsive time. I think so far its the best open world game and i'm only half way through!
