They tricked you! Those bastards! lol, it's all fine though cos it is free to use. If there is anything that you need to pay for, it's most likely any extras. I still don't understand what people are on about when they ask how much it costs to video call someone. It doesn't cost ANYTHING, as far as I know.

Go to log on, then click the forgot username, put in your email that was associated, then they'll send you the info.
