ok i can sum up almost everything about all the DMC problems.DMC1,Dante gets asked by Trish to go kill Mundus and does when fighting Nelo Angelo you notice that blue flame thingy that came up when Vergil ran away in the 1st,2 fights that was the power of Yamato and when he died his spirit was his sword and it died so the sword broke,thats how The Order found it in some part of Hell killing demons.If want to know Nero got his arm look up DMC5 on Google and look in pics for all the ones that have a xbox 360 case with Nero on it that says DEVIL MAY CRY 5,but has to show the back of the case.He's not Dante's son or any relation to the Sparda family for real,but his arm is.In DMC5 when he gets the arm it was another at5tempt at someone evil trying to get Sparda's power.Then this knight turned and started enslaving demons Nero kills the knight and his arm got injured and the knight was turning demon and when he some freak accident gave his arm to Nero.The ghost Devil Trigger is the mix between Nelo Angelo and Vergil's orginal Devil Trigger.Yes DMC2 sucked,but it was it's earlier years so give it a break.DMC3 was the coolest so far then so i hope you all paid attention to at least most of the story line there.DMC4 for right now it's the last enstalment and this is to long of a reply to you and my hands getting tired,and I'm not like the ultimate fan of it I just pay more attention to awesome games more than most people.So yeah.

yeah dude dmc3 was kick ass it got me started on the whole series even though i didnt like dmc2 and never played the original. but anyways i did get the demo for dmc4 on my comp and from what i played and the videos ive watched it seems like nero is dante's kid idk i could be wrong (by the way if you dont get the refrence of my user name i dont blame ya its kinda obscure).

If you got the collectors edition of DMC4 they show you a picture of the thing that gave Nero his arm. That thing also damaged Red Queen which is why Nero didnt have it on him at the start. People rumored that Nero was Vergil's son not Dante's but others say that he is a 3rd son because he has the blood of Sparda in him. No offense to you but I will believe this thing when I see it in DMC5.

It MIGHT not be true. Capcom didn't really confrim it in the DMC4 novels. I've read the summary and spoliers online, they just give us hints. But I'm just waiting until DMC actually confirms it like in DMC5 or some other novel.

This is because the games are not in order from 1-4. The proper order of the games is 3,1,4,2. Playing the games is this order will help understand the story a bit more. You will see Mundus at the end of DMC3 in what appears to be the deal to make him Neo Angelo in DMC. He encounters Lady in 3 and Trish in 1 which is why they show up in 4. However, giving that 2 is the last of the story so far, it really isn't clear how far ahead it is in the storyline. Since Dante is old in this story, it could be decades or centuries later. There is still many untold points between the end of 4 and 2 to help explain a lot of how Dante gets to the point he does in the 2. This is why the game seem out of order for you.

Dude shut up YOU no nothing. Vergil was killed by Dante in DMC1 I saw it, you saw it, heck I bet we all saw it, get over yourself. He was controlled by Mundus and forced to fight Dante against his will to the point that in the final fight he was no longer himself just a slave to his master. To be honest some semblence of vergil remained and that is why he ran after the first 2 fights with Dante as he saw the amulet they once fought over and what it represented. Their mother. But beyond that I believe that a person as proud as Vergil hated being a slave to anothers will especially since his Father defeated him and he’s probably ashamed he couldn’t and that he has fallen against an enemy his father absolutely destroyed to the point of leaving a battle scar even afetr reincarnation. Don’t spout of your useless dribble because all the real fans get tired of it real fast. Why insult someone you dont know over something that is fictional. are you such a sad little child that you stoop to insulting others over the Internet in the safety of your mothers house and that makes you feel better about yourself?
