hi. i'm a big fan of devil may cry. i just wanna know if its true that nero is a son of vergil. but anyway its a great game.
pamelaellyce, it is a BIG rumor that a BIG possibility that nero might be vergil's son. They give us many hints and clues that he is in the DMC4 novels that just came out. So, he probably is…
Though there are reasonable facts that could support such theory, still it's not officially confirmed yet. So better wait for the next DMC game to come for further confirmations.
I think he is because virgil is only half devil and if he had a child with a human it wouldn't have as much devil blood in it and i think that is why Nero can only use his devil trigger with Yamato and i think he can only use Yamato because he is the son of virgil but i gon't have any theorys about ho he got the devil bringer i think it could be virgil trying to return to the human world or but not likly since he was killed in DMC 1 but it could be that he is reacting to the fragments of vigil/Nelo Angelo being used to create bianco Angelos thats my theory

Sadly no you cannot Xander. I'm with you David, DMC4 is my first DEVIL MAY CRY game I ever played. DEVIL MAY CRY: The Animated Series is what got me hooked on the series.
"woohooo!!!" that's what Dante use to yell when he ride a devil… yeah DMC is the greatest game I ever played on PS2. I played DMC3 first before DMC2 and 4, but all of the CD's I played was so great I hope there would be DMC5 although I never finished DMC4.. hahaha FAnaTics>>>> (>,<)
